From the day I went to visit the Carlyle House through my wedding day I received nothing but outstanding service from the Venue. I visited approximately 10 places when deciding where to have my wedding. No other venue compared to the Carlyle House when it came to value. Gerise helped me in planning my wedding, and helped to create the vision I had for my special day. She understood my budget, and worked with me so that I could have everything that I wanted, but never compromising on quality. There were never ANY hidden costs, and whenever changes were made a new estimate was sent to me the same day.

Whenever I sent Gerise an email I received a response same day, and usually shortly after I sent the message. I worked with Gerise for 8-9 months and she was consistently the same… DEPENDABLE. Whenever I went into a panic (as most brides do at some point) she was always there to assure me that it would all work out and help me to figure out exactly how:) Gerise even helped to coordinate my wedding rehearsal.
