We had so much fun hosting Collin and Lindsey’s wedding reception. After getting married at Perimeter Church everyone came to celebrate at The Carlyle House. The two families were so nice and all their friends were great. We loved the way they decorated everything. A lot of great DIY stuff! In the 1800’s part of the house they had a Collmus room, Canoe room, and a McNiel room. Such a great idea to represent and bring together their engagement and both families. Everyone enjoyed looking at all the pictures and items that represented each room. After appetizers they all enjoyed dinner in the ballroom followed by dancing with the band on the terrace. Congratulations to Collin and Lindsey! You guys make a great couple! :)

We love the tradition of a rehearsal dinner here at The Carlyle House! It’s such a special time where the bridal party, close friends, and families of the bride and groom come together to share a meal! AND… it was quite a meal full of yummy southern food and lots of good drink! The guests went home with a full stomach, for sure! What better way to calm the pre-wedding jitters! Best of luck to Kara and Parker!

First of all, thank you so much for everything you and all the Carlyle House staff did for us. Our Rehearsal Dinner was great! The house looked beautiful and was absolutely perfect for the occasion. We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was! But most important, my son and his bride loved it and said it was everything they had hoped it would be. Please pass along our thanks to everyone at the Carlyle House. I would not hesitate to use the Carlyle House again or to recommend it to someone else.

What a simple, beautiful, wonderful wedding reception and couple. Everyone had a great time eating the yummy food, talking with all their friends, and watching the bride and groom who clearly loved each other a whole lot. Cindy had wonderful taste and everything was thought of. We loved the “Apple of my Eye” theme that was carried out throughout the reception. The guests got lots of yummy treats to take home including apples! Congratulations to Cindy and Antonio they are the apple of each other’s eyes for sure!!! :)

What a beautiful weekend it was for a wedding. Strangely summer hasn’t been too terribly hot this year. The nights have been especially pleasant and Ashley couldn’t have been a prettier bride. The decorations she picked out were so pretty and the food was just perfect! Everyone loved the carving station and all the sides. Ashley and Lee got lots of great pictures while their guests had appetizers and drinks. A great time was had by all best of luck to Ashley and Lee! Wishing you many years of happiness. :)
