Sam and David’s Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party

We loved hosting the beautiful Sam and David’s Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party here at the 173 Carlyle House in historic Norcross, Georgia. The groom’s mom did a great job with all the special touches.

The rehearsal dinner is a great opportunity for your two families to spend time together before the wedding day in a not-so-hectic setting. Take advantage of the relaxed environment, full of happy anticipation—come wedding night, you’ll most likely be pulled in too many directions to put in quality time with anyone. The ultimate goal is to relieve some pre-wedding tension and make everyone feel comfortable with the upcoming nuptials, while not upstaging the main event.

After the rehearsal dinner, all the out-of-town guests started arriving for a welcome reception! They loved seeing each other and the Jazz player was amazing. Everyone loved the appetizer and they were all having a seriously good time. Welcome parties are a great special touch to any wedding weekend. It couldn’t have been more perfect and everyone loved it.
