Emily and Joey’s Rehearsal Dinner
6-30-17
The rehearsal dinner is a great opportunity for your two families to spend time together before the wedding day in a not-so-hectic setting. Take advantage of the relaxed environment, full of happy anticipation—come wedding night, you’ll most likely be pulled in too many directions to put in quality time with anyone. The ultimate goal is to relieve some prewedding tension and make everyone feel comfortable with the upcoming nuptials, while not upstaging the main event. Emily and Joey’s Rehearsal Dinner was no exception.
We already knew the Grooms family because they have hosted a wedding and anniversary with us. It was very cool to have them back with us again. We LOVE our repeat customers! The dinner they picked out was a yummy, amazing, southern meal. Everyone loved the fried chicken, green beans, collard greens, Cheese Grits, Biscuits, cornbread, and honey ham. The berry cobbler was a huge hit served warm with ice-cream. I don’t think there was a better place to be then at the 173 Carlyle House in Historic Norcross on this June night!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the Carlyle House. We just had our third major family event at their location and it never disappoints. We strongly recommend any type of event at the Carlyle House. Gerise is awesome and willing to work with you in any way. The food is delicious and the house is quaint, classy and warm. All my guests couldn’t say enough nice things about the evening. Thank you once again for a job well done. Lauren
